What's the difference between the normal version and the Non-Copyright version of the script?

The difference is, that in the Non-Copyright version of the script the texmedia.de copyright link is removed. So nobody of your customers will see, where you got the script from.

But nevertheless, you are never allowed to resell the script or parts of it.
