Do I need to create a MySQL database before or after the installation?

If you do not have already a database, you need to create a new database before doing the last step of the installation of the script, because in this step the MySQL tables will be created in that database.

(It is quite possible to upload the script files and setting the rights of the files and folders listed in the INSTALL.txt of the script before creating the database.)
